Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use our website, request a reservation or visit JB's, run by Singh Hotels Pvt. Ltd. at Tourist Complex Area, Near Man Singh Palace, Vibhav Nagar, Tajganj, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282001, India. By doing any of those you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a booking.

This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It needs no physical or digital signature. Reservations must be made by an adult aged 18 or over. Children may attend when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• A request is not a booking. Your reservation is confirmed only when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. Until then its status is “pending”.
• Give us true details. We need a working mobile number and the right party size. Fake or repeated spam bookings may be blocked.
• Be on time. We hold your table for 15 minutes after the booked time. After that we may give it to other guests.
• Plans change. Tell us as early as you can by phone or WhatsApp on +91 72170 70370, or by email at concierge@jbsloungeandbar.com. Please change or cancel rather than not turn up.
• Sometimes we must change it. If a date is full, closed for a private event, or affected by safety, licensing or other reasons, we may move or cancel your booking, and we will contact you and offer another time.
• Larger groups may need extra conditions, which we will tell you before confirming.

We do not currently take advance payment for reservations. If that changes, the terms of payment will be shown before you pay.

• Guests under 18 may visit only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The legal minimum age to be served alcohol in Uttar Pradesh is 21. As a house rule, we serve alcohol only to guests aged 21 and over.
• We may ask to see a valid photo ID. If you cannot show one, we may refuse alcohol or entry.
• Right of admission is reserved. We may refuse entry, or ask someone to leave, if they are intoxicated, abusive, harassing others, carrying a weapon, or breaking these terms or the law.

We serve alcohol under the licence issued to us under the excise laws applicable in Uttar Pradesh, including the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 and the rules under it. Our licences: FSSAI 12715001000549; Excise [Excise licence number, e.g. FL-7 / bar licence].

• We may stop serving anyone who appears intoxicated.
• On days the government declares dry (such as certain national holidays or election days), we will not serve alcohol. The bar may close or serve a non-alcoholic menu.
• Outside alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
• Please do not drive after drinking. Drink-driving is an offence under Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Ask our team to help you find a safe ride home.

• Be respectful to staff and other guests. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
• Illegal drugs and weapons are not allowed. Possession of narcotics is a criminal offence under the NDPS Act, 1985, and we may inform the police.
• Smoke only where the law allows and where we have marked it. The Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 restricts smoking in public places.
• You are responsible for reasonable loss or damage caused by you or your group.
• We may take photos or video at events for our own use. If you prefer not to appear, tell our team and we will respect that.
• Keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for items left unattended.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as the law requires and shown on your bill.
• Menus, prices and availability can change without notice.
• Please check your bill before you pay. If something looks wrong, tell us straight away and we will fix it.
• Our kitchen handles common allergens. Tell us about any allergy before you order. We take care, but we cannot promise any dish is allergen-free.

The photos, text, logo and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for your own personal use. Please do not copy, scrape or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Do not try to break into the site or the admin area, overload it, or use bots to make bookings.

By giving us your mobile number or email you agree that we may contact you about your reservation by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. We send promotional messages only if you separately agree. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

We take reasonable care of you and your evening. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of unattended belongings, or for things beyond our control, such as power cuts, severe weather, government orders, strikes or public emergencies. Our total liability for any claim about a visit is limited to what you paid us for that visit.

Our site links to services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. They are run by others with their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you book applies to that booking. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. The current version is from 20 October 2026.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please tell us about any problem first, so we can put it right quickly.

If we cannot settle it, the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the Consumer Commission where you live or work.
